C4Jockey Posted August 6, 2018 Share Posted August 6, 2018 Hello All, My HC-800 system has been working fine for about a year. I was running 2.8.0. Out of the blue I get the error below. After some web research, I found that this is an issue and that updating to 2.8.2 will solve it. I successfully updated the firmware and then installed Composer Pro 2.8.2. I had the same issue. I then found that update manager no longer worked. My Controller Registration on the Customer Portal still referred to 2.8.0., I thought that might be the issue. I unregistered my controller. I then found that I could no longer re-register it and get the following error. "Error while communicating with the Web Services. Fault = SSL_ERROR_SSL error:14090086:SSL routines:ssl3_get_server_certificate:certificate verify failed LSE = 0" Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have been poking away at this all day!
