Intergrating Lutron energi savr node QS

Hi All

i am having a bit of trouble trying to intergrate a few  lutron QS modules  and wondered if anyone can help??

i have energi savr node Dali : "QSNE-2DAL-D" which has ethernet port , and have sucessfully got the system up and running with 2 keypads  as a stand alone system via the lutron app 

i cant cant seem to connect to the module using "Putty" with a telnet connection to try and identify the id`s of each load.

it asks for a login password which i understand to be "Lutron"  but just doeasnt  work and says "login incorrect"

has anyone any experience with this ??
