Certain buttons, no response..certain buttons fine...when I use my V3 remote no problems.The IR bug is fine, the battery power on the V1 is fine. Could it be that the V1 is just crapping out?If I "arrow down" fine...but if from "sleep" I hit "#6" (as an example) nothing happens....I have an HC 300 on the 2nd floor running director and an MC on the 1st floor. Zigbee is running through the MC.Might I benefit in splitting the 1st and 2nd floor Zigbee channels? I have loads of devices through out so gaps in coverage can't be an issue.
