Integration with dali4 net gateway and Cisco room kit

Hr sir, 

      I have control 4 Ea3, I need to integrate the EA3 with Dali 4net gateway (light control) and Cisco Room kit ( Cisco-Rookit-k9) for video conference control. 

How I can integrate with those system and how I can get the compatible driver/ create driver of the system.

 

Could you help me to complete this scenario

And What are possibilities of integration with these systems?

 

The main reason of the integration with the Cisco is control the Cisco Video conference from control4 system
