knyx
Question for you all i got a new modem a while back and the control was set to static ip from the old modem. So now my system won’t connect is there a way to change the ip for the processor or Maybe do a hard reset? Or am I looking at getting a dealer to do that for me? I have the older OS and have the HC-250 processor thanks
-defunct-
You'll need the dealer software to configure the IP. It would be easier to change the subnet of the new router.
chopedogg88
or you can do a Network Reset which will just simply set it back to DHCP To reset the HC-250 network settings to the default, perform the following steps: 1 Disconnect power to the HC-250. 2 While pressing and holding the ID button on the back of the HC-250, power on the HC-250. 3 Hold the ID button until the Data, Link and Power LEDs are solid Blue, then immediately release the button. -defunct-

Great thanks. I’ll give that a go.

They sure did. All 3 went blue and released like you said. I’ll try again here
-defunct-
The next step is checking your router to see if the hc250 shows up in your dhcp list. If it does and the controller is still not working, then the project may need looked at.
chopedogg88
yeah I would check your router or use a program like Advanced IP Scanner to scan the network for your HC250. https://www.advanced-ip-scanner.com/
