Question for you all

i got a new modem a while back and the control was set to static ip from the old modem.  So now my system won’t connect

is there a way to change the ip for the processor or Maybe do a hard reset?  Or am I looking at getting a dealer to do that for me?

I have the older OS and have the HC-250 processor

thanks

or you can do a Network Reset which will just simply set it back to DHCP

To reset the HC-250 network settings to the default, perform the following steps: 1 Disconnect power to the HC-250. 2 While pressing and holding the ID button on the back of the HC-250, power on the HC-250. 3 Hold the ID button until the Data, Link and Power LEDs are solid Blue, then immediately release the button.

Great thanks. I’ll give that a go.

try again, make sure you did the network reset properly.  did the lights on the front behave as in the description above?

They sure did. All 3 went blue and released like you said. I’ll try again here
