drmark12pa Posted May 26, 2022 Share Posted May 26, 2022 Having some issues with my new Galaxy S 22 phone and inability to receive push notifications. I checked all phone settings and it shows all notifications for C4 are allowed. One thing I did notice in the mycontrol4 account was that the phone is listed as an authorized device but under the MY ACCOUNT>NOTIFICATIONS area the phone doesn't show up at all to configure. I have the Control4 phone app installed, up to date, and working just fine. Not sure what else to do to make sure I'm getting push notifications on this new device.
