69Ton Posted November 16, 2022 Share Posted November 16, 2022 After updating Comp HE (CHE) on my account page succeeded in picking the wrong version mu CHE and DIRECTOR EA3 were not aligned: CHE: V3.3.1.641410 / OS Mngt Pack 3.2.3.606456 and the DIRECTOR V3.2.3.606460. CHE downloaded from my C4 Account Page. Followed the provided install instructions. After completing the install, did the COMPUTERPATCH2 exe, and the result gives an error "OOPS, File not found. Check URL". When trying to start the program, the hourglass shows and disappears and nothing happens. Any suggestions please? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
69Ton Posted November 20, 2022 Author Share Posted November 20, 2022 The non-install issue could not be resolved nor the real source of the problem. Was finally resolved by restoring the CONTROL4 folder on my system to an earlier version / a week earlier.
