c4009 Posted July 4, 2023 Share Posted July 4, 2023 Hello, We have Halo remotes that 'freeze' or 'lose connection' 2-3 times per week. While we're working on resolving the root of the issue, it seems that a reboot of the remote always fixes it (whether the remote is 'frozen', or 'loses connection). Does anyone know if there's a Driver or some script/programming out there to programmatically reboot the Halo remote? you'd think this should be possible. thanks much. (and yes, continuing to debug whether it's some network issue with our Ubiquity network configuration or something else. Though the remote should never 'freeze' no matter what).
