Deezer Stop Playing

Good day everyone 

we installed deezer at multiple clients (10 clients ) , each client is reporting that the music stop playing after an hour or so ( deezer goes in pause mode ) . The clients needs to press Play on the screen to start back the music ... Is there any function inside C4 that if there's no activity the system will stop the music or goes into sleep mode
