Yamaha AVR RX-A4A HDMI Output

Unit has 3 HDMI outputs(2 in Zone 1, 1 in Zone 2) whereas the driver in composer only has 1 HDMI output on Zone 1?  I have HDMI Out 1 to TV, HDMI Out 2 to Projector. How do I make this work?
