Tristan_T Posted January 23 Share Posted January 23 Hi , Basically Im trying to add a 2N Ip solo(fw: 2.41) on my prog and something weird came out during the process : I preconfigured the 2N exactly like on the wiki I add it to Composer pro by SSDP I add the communication agent launch the autoconfig it configures the API's settings and the SIP accourt like it should BUT it doesnt create control4 user I check the driver properties and on connection statues I get " Error - request rejected" and in communication agent the status on the 2N is "not ready" So the thing is if I add on the 2N Web UI a user named Control4 with Phone number being : sip:All@control4ip , I can call my C4 touchscreens with the 2N Ip solo but it stills bother me that on composer pro I still have the " Error - request rejected" and not ready in the communication agent and that it might not work at all at some point.
