henniae
What is the limit on the number of movies or files that C4 can look at before it starts to slow down?System design and what hardware you install really dictate this. So the answer is it depends. With an HC-1000 as your master controller you probably would be hard presses to slow the system down at all no matter what you threw at it. How many audio and video files did you have in mind.
jmk709
I am not worried about the audio files. I use Rhapsody all the time.I am not sure about how many video files. I have an HC1000 that needs to be installed. Going to wait for 2.0.

jmk709
I may do it sooner. I just need to find the time and get another 250 remote. I would move to 1.8 if I did it now.
