7" wall mount screen audio output doesn't work

Hi everybody,

Firstable, forgive me, i'm french so my sentences could contain langage mistakes (it's sure i think )

So, I'm doing my work experience on control4 devices:

1 HC-300

1 7" in wall mount

1 6 buttons keypad

1 dimmer

This is for our showroom.

I linked the 7" screen audio output with a power amp (so it needs no driver).I connect the AUDIO OUT Volume to the good room. The music start on the screen but I heard no sound. I tried several thing for the END POINT.

I tried with a fake audio switch (i edit a minimalist driver, only output and input) it doesn't work. Same issue with a fake TV or fake receiver.

Anyone can help me? My degree depnd on it (it's a joke of course but my boss still expecting music in the shop)
