Screen saver stops working

I have pictures streaming from a networked buffalo drive when the Control4 is in standby. It works fine all day then, at night it stops.

When we wake up the screen saver is blank. In the middle of the night something makes the harddrive go offline . This happen all the time.

I do have one program that turns on and off the outside lights from sunrise to sunset. Could that cause the hard drive to stop?

Or is there a way to make the screen saver repeat itself ?

Do they come back on in the morning on their own? Your dealer or someone may have put in a repeating schedule to turn the screen to blank at night and photo in the morning. In composer HE go to agents at the bottom left then at the top left go to scheduler. Look to the right and see if there is something created with a night time and something else with an early morning time. A lot of people will do this to save on the wear and tear of your screen. It's also done to cut back on the brightness at night time.

The only thing in scheduler is the landscape lights. It's weird that it stops and the only way to can get it back working is to reboot the harddrive.

Dealer showed that there was nothing in the program. Do you think there needs to be a static ip for the harddrive? Everything else in the system is great aand working fine.
