MTS problem

I have a MTS with a constant black screen. The wheel makes the clicking sound when it turns, so I know power is getting to it. I have also reset it by holding the wheel down for 15 seconds.

Any other ideas? or does it sound like the screen went out??

Try to identify it in director! and set the brightness and other background light to 100%

i think , u have, somehow, set the brightness to 0%

I reset the POE injector and it came back to life.
