wpervaiz
Hey guys,We have a client with ~80 zigbee devices (keypads, switches, thermostats, and a 7" touchscreen). The system is running 1.8.2.66691. We're thinking upgrading them to the latest 2.0 version, but had a couple of questions before we pulled the trigger:1. Approximately how long would it take to upgrade from 1.8 to 2.0? Is this something that should be done while the client is away or can it be done in a few hours during a service call?2. While the system is upgrading, what devices will be functional? Specifically, will the lighting keypads and three button switches work while the upgrade is in process?3. Do you recommend doing this remotely? Thanks!
dogdvr
1 about 2 hrs2 the lights will work manually during the upgrade of the HC and touchscreens but they will operate erratically during the firmware upgrade on the switches and buttons (this is much shorter then a 1.74 to 2.0) maybe 2 min per device.3 you can, I don't4 better info will be found on the official control forumsBrent
