Blank menus on touch screens and SR250s

We had an issue where if you selected any of the menus from the touch screen, or from an SR250 remote (e.g. "comfort" or "listen") it does not load the menu. On the touch screens it just went to a blank screen, with the wallpaper in the background, and the bar at the top with the back and 4 buttons. On the SR250s it just loaded a blank list, had to press cancel to back out. This happened whilst "in" multiple rooms.

Pressing the red 4 on the SR250s did bring up the navigator on the TV. This shows that zigbee was OK, and that the HC200 was functioning to output the IR signal to the TV to turn on & switch to the right input, and to output the video signal of the navigator menu to the TV. The navigator menus on the TV were also blank.

Because we needed a fast resolution, we power-cycled the HC-1000 (which is the director, and zigbee coordinator). This resolved the issue.

Has anyone experienced similar issues? Any ideas?

We are running software 2.0.2. In our project with have an HC1000, an HC300, three HC200s, c4 8 channel amplifier, c4 tuner, c4 ipod dock.
