waynec Posted September 23, 2006 Share Posted September 23, 2006 Hi All,I have an Itunes library of about 8000 songs on a remote network storage. When I do the MC scan of the media, it does not recognize about 80% of the Artists and also, does not group most as an album. In general, as an example, it will list 10 songs with the Album name listed, no artist and no grouping of an album. The other thing I am getting is that it may list the album 10 times with 10 songs, but no artist, and no album grouping. Finally, even though the brochures indicate so, none of the .WAV files show up. A couple of things:1) Is there a specific file and directory structure Composer is looking for that is different than itune? If so, what could the format be as all the formats are the same in my library and it seems to randomly pick up some correct and others not2) What is the problem with .WAV files? danlevine Posted September 24, 2006 Share Posted September 24, 2006 C4 doesn't work with Wav Files... Just Mp3....What version of Composer are you running?
