Multimedia/Graphic Designer Wanted

Digital Studio Werks, a custom Electronics Architecture company, is looking for a freelance Multimedia/Graphic Designer.

Position Responsibilities:

* Ability to interpret the Interior Designers vision and work with and understand the Interior Design & Architect field

* Take the Architects and Interior Designers drawings and create highly accurate 3D room animation that incorporates Digital Studio Werks’ proposed solution based on the Architects and/or Interior Designers vision

* Creates, modifies, and follows printing specifications

* Assures that all work is delivered to specification, on time and within budget

* Assists in the creation of mock-ups of art work

* Checks vendor proofs of artwork produced to assure that all files have been output properly and the job is ready to be printed.

* Ability to creates unique, upscale and consistent TSID’s (Touch Screen Interface Designs) including all buttons, gauges, icons and elements

* Project Flowcharting and Story Boarding for TSID’s (Touch Screen Interface Designs)

* Develop and create HD, broadcast quality, video of projects from design concept to finished project.

Required Skills:

* A strong proficiency in the following software AutoDesk Maya, NewTek Lightwave 3D, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash & Action Script and Apple Final Cut Studio (Final Cut Pro, Motion, Soundtrack Pro, Color, Compressor and DVD Studio Pro)

* Knowledge of AutoCad and MS Powerpoint, Visio

* Knowledge of Crestron VTPro-e a strong plus

* Knowledge of file setup for printing

* Strong grasp of the English language (Spoken & Written) and be able to communicate eloquently.

Qualification:

* 5+ Years of advance Multimedia & Graphic design experience

* Multimedia/Graphic Design experience in the Interior Design or Hospitality industry a major plus

* Painstaking attention to detail

* The ability to work with minimal or no supervision

* Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities

* Knowledge of principles and practices of print production
