Album info disappearing after software update

Hi all,

I am a dealer in Scotland, UK and relatively new to C4.

Done a few systems now and all been relatively trouble free although I have experienced some of the issues that have cropped up on these pages.

My latest issue is that after I performed a software update (latest one 1.3 something or other) I have lost album information on the Music>Browse Library>All Albums.

It appears fine if I select the Artist options: I can see all the Artists.

The problem manifests on Mini Touches, the Plasma in the main room, i,e, main navigation output and also the system remotes.

Other media, i.e. radio station icons, satellite channel icons are all ok.

Thanks for anyones help in advance, I have tried the UK offices but they are closed for xmas hols.
