Possible new customer

I have followed this forum for quite some time trying to deside on a control system for our home/office, and while I have gained much insight into the product several questions remain. We are located in Northern Ontario, Canada as such our access to experienced installers is limited, my question to the dealers here is can the system be purchased from you, have the hardware installed by us and then remotely programmed in its entirety? The home is 1700 sq' per level x2 with 4 av zones currently, all pre-wiring has been completed and verified.
