Music search creates TWO folders

I copied all my music into an HC1000 v3. When I make it read the disc to find music it does two things:

1st, Does not find all the music there is on the folder and,

2nd, It creates TWO folders for each recorded CD. The first folder with song #1 and the second folder with the rest of the songs.

Then I tried deleting the media from the HC1000 and do it thru network folders. Composer finds some media and creates a folder with only the first song of every folder.

That same media is read and organized the correct way on itunes, wmp and other players.

Running composer 2.1.1.
