C4 Lover Posted November 25, 2011 Share Posted November 25, 2011 Have had my system for 1.5 years without any issues related to the Thermostat. Suddenly, twice within the past 2 weeks, the temperature setting jumped to 46 degrees. We only figured it out after the temperature becomes obviously cold in the house. Any idea what could be the problem? Has this happened to others?Should I simply reset the Thermostat or restart by HC 1000?Any ideas would be great! I checked the specs on the Tstat and it states the low measurement range of 46 degrees which means that the unit is resetting (or something). Something is clearly going on to reset it. I reset the Tstat by hitting the center button 15 times. Is the Tstat controlled by the HC1000 or the HC300? I can reset the proper controller to see if that does the trick.
