neeshu Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 When I initially installed my C4 system, I had door contacts installed and wired back to my I/O extender for a security system. I did not tie these into a separate security system (GE, Concord, etc.). The plan was to do some basic security programming myself.I have been experiencing problems with the list view in Composer HE (I am on 1.8.2) showing that all the doors are open when in fact they are not. I can see the correct state using an iPad or online via the Web navigator through the C4 website. However, in the composer software it doesn't show things correctly.Is anyone else having these types of problems? Does anyone know of a "fix" for this?Your help is appreciated.
