We just purchased an iPad 2 and downloaded the new Control4 app. and would like to use our new iPad2. But, I can't activate the app on the iPad2 with our controller. We had this app working fine on our old iPad and since purchasing the new iPad 2 I restored the old ipad losing all of it's configuration. Does anybody know how to get the app to work on my new iPad? Do I need to contact the dealer to make this change? I was told the license can be transferred from 1 device to another. Any assistance will be greatly be appreciated. And in our area (small population) there is only 1 control 4 programmer left and I prefer not to use his services due to some bad experiences in the past. Any other options?
