verge Posted December 17, 2011 Share Posted December 17, 2011 Just sharing an issue I had when trying to connect my Android HTC G2 mobile.If you get the error message after tapping the Identify Button...NEED MANUFACTUREID AND DEVICE GUIDGo into settings of the phone, applications, manage applications, MyHome app, then click 'clear data'.After doing this I was able to connect without any issues.sDs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
