thenye Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 The only user (that as a consumer I can see) was setup not to allow account managment either create or modify. I think users should be setup so I as a consumer have a fully authorized user account and the dealer has an account. I believe the dealer is using the same account I am. How can a new account be setup for the dealer and give me full authority when the only account that appears to be setup was not set up with account management authority? DrDSL Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 The only "account" that is set up for a Control4 system is a customer account at www.my.control4.com. The manage account buttons under permissions were light gray as opposed to black under allow so I assumed I could not change anything; I went it and changed my password and it accepted the change, thanks.
