Thanks. Got it and replaced the power supply. Once I found the right screws, the rest was pretty easy. HC300 is now working, again. Given that this particular box serves as the ZAP coordinator, I figure I just saved myself about $2,000 for a new HC250 and all the associated dealer reprogramming of the mesh.

Hi, I purchased a replacement power supply and have removed all the screws on the back of the case, but still cannot remove it. Which screws hold the case in place?
