Only way would be to set wake-up time for the earlier time and then use delays or timers to start the main requirements an hour later.

Unfortunately, none of the wake time variables are published… so no, that is not the answer. If you want to do something like this you will need to use one of the scheduler drivers (I know Chowmain has one, but there are others also) and program off that.
