Got it ! Thanks a million .. sorry 1 last question is there anyway to change the layout like on 2.10 like list mode or circle mode or is it just the list style?

My dealer updated me from 2.10 to 3.2 witch forced me to loose my 7” in wall screen however I’m now running the app on my iPad mini but I was wondering if C4 did away with dedicated mode within the app like on 2.10

I have 2 aclight AP's and a cloud key would I be able to use the driver ?

Ecobee's are grate they come with 1 remote sensor and you can go to any apple store or best buy and buy extra remote sensors to place in those extra rooms and it coast the same as the nest

Bump.
Updated to 2.5.2 software and HC800 still has to be unplugged and rebooted to perform a scan every few weeks....
This is getting old and for an advanced device to have to reboot everytime by pulling the plug is silly.
You waiting the full 5 min before pluging the 800 back in right ?

when I bought my house the owner was a C4 dealer and all he did was just call up and just swap info however the project must remain the same .. but all he really did was just change the email and login info ...
