  1. Thanks C4forsure. That did it. I also got my dealer on the phone finally and checked to make sure they could still access the system, they could not until I did the reboot. All seems well now, thanks for the quick reply, greatly appreciated
  2. Community, for the past couple of months I have not been able to access my system either my of our iPhone apps or from the Control4 web page on my online account. On the iPhones I get the following message: "Unable to Connect: Your system is not reachable at this time. Please try again later or contact your dealer for assistance. (403.22)" Unfortunately, I have contacted my dealer who can access my system from their app and promised to check in with C4, but have not heard anything on it for about a month now, so I am trying this method to at least see if anyone has seen this problem. I am also looking for a new dealer, so maybe I can tell the new guys, if I find one who is responsive, what the issue is. I am also getting delays all of a sudden on my TV remotes and some of the 3-Key Light switches. There should not be any congestion as I don't have that many devices on my 800. Let me know if anyone has seen these issues.
