JP, what access point do you have, and where is it in relation to your AV setup?Have Orbi with WiFi 6. Roughly 20ft away. Battery drain seems to be pretty consistent. With little use it loses its juice rather quick. Was that an issue with the NEEO?

It’s only happened once so far and nothing wrong with the network. I am 20 ft from the main router and no signal loss on other wireless devices. I assume it just got caught up with commands and dropped. It was a quick reboot to get connection back and hasn’t happened the last 3 uses since. Will keep monitoring.
The battery life indeed last less than 24 hrs. It drains pretty quick.
Good to know about the color Dawn.

Hard to say without access to composer. I did the update that is pushed upon initial start up so assuming the latest. There is no remote info on the remote as you would expect.

Got mine from Dawn! Thanks again. So far my impressions.
Halo remote is ok. Overall, I feel the halo non-touch is a bit tall in hand and unbalanced. Just feels oddly long and thin. Wish they did away with the number pad. Not a big deal, but if nitpicking on the design, the balance is off. The quality is ok. The buttons feels great, the screen looks fantastic but the body feels a bit cheap. Wondering if the silver would feel better. I have the black. Coming from Logitech Elite for reference.
Also experiencing some issues early on. Missing some of the devices I have on my app for whatever reason. Battery life is not so good in my opinion. From fully charged and leaving in my theater room untouched, less than 24 hrs with no use, battery is showing roughly 30% left. My harmony elite lasted a few days without use. This doesn’t look like it will make it 24 hrs. Also, started experiencing network errors and unable to control devices after the third day using. It is responsive when working but the network error renders the controller unusable until you preform a hard reset.

Neil is outstanding. He provided great information and quick services at a great price. Beats most of the dealers in my area. I purchased a houselogix security integration adapter that my Magnolia dealer had no clue about. Not only that I couldn't get it installed correctly due to the lack of knowledge, but the dealer wanted at the very least another $500 bucks.
Was amazed how fast and smooth everything went Neil, no questions or explanation needed. He integrated the security features and 11 zones with ease and now I am able to remotely control my system. Very pleased and see why he is highly recommended.
New Halo and Halo Touch Remotes

Hi all
had a power outage today and although I can control c4 through the app, I cannot get the Halo remote to connect anymore. Have restarted multiple times and unable to get passed the screen that says check WiFi/network. Anyone know a fix?
Pretty disappointing that you get stuck in this network error screen and you cannot do any kind of menu functions to reset the remote/network settings.
