Thanks for the responses. I'm on my 2nd dealer and both have been awful and I have paid thousands to get nowhere. That's why I am so frustrated. I'm really unsure what to do.

Hello. My control4 system has been a problem since day one and I think I might just disconnect it completely and keep xfinity, sonos, Panamax and not keep anything else. Does this seem like a thought job to just disconnect control4 and then just use my one xfinity remote going forward? Thanks
