To get Art Mode to work consistently on mine when in Programming, Under Actions select the Samsung TV and scroll down to Device Specific Command - Art Mode and use that command to turn on. That was the only one I could get to work consistently.
Should also note when this command is issued after a power on tv command there is a delay like maybe 10-15 secs before Art Mode is launched after power on. Think it’s just a delay in the TV driver itself to hold commands giving the TV time to start up
