Is there a protective sleeve available for the C4 Neeo remote? 
as you can see from the pics, the back of the remote has seen better days 

Following a hardware upgrade to sky glass from sky Q, existing sky drivers are no longer compatible, including chowmain. 
Can anyone share any info with new glass / puck drivers?

Bit of a strange issue here.

Calls initiated from a T3 touch screen or iphone to the DS2 door station functions correctly, 2 way audio and video works with no issues. 

However, initiating a call via the door station, will trigger all devices to ring, when answered, video works but audio can’t be heard on the door station, mobiles, or T3 screens.

hc800 and DS2 were restated but no joy. Any ideas? Thanks

the box was indeed warped as I tightened the screws too much. Additionally, the ribbon with the rectangular component in between fitted snuggly in the box after some sellotape tweaking.

unit is now securely fitted

That’s because it’s not really supposed to be flush. It’s also why the pads are included for the back of the TS.

I recently purchased a c4 wall 10” touch screen unit. The Ribbon connecting the unit to the wall box has a small squared component in between which is preventing the unit from slotting in and being flush to the wall. See pics for more details.

can someone recommend a replacement ribbon that isn’t intrusive to the mounting?

I’m in the same boat,  I’m now stuck on 2.10.6 and what makes matters worse is that the intercom app won’t auto notify if the door station is pressed unless I have the app open at the same time 

Is there a list of c4 hardware compatible with OS3?  I have a DSC door station and that’s gong to be a deal breaker if I upgrade.

Are control4 serial optoma uhd drivers available for download? I’ve had a search but can’t find anything. Is there a generic driver that can be used?
