Is there any way to lock/unlock the August lock using the keypad on DS2? If not, is there a lock that would work with DS2 with that functionality?

If you aren't happy with your dealer, then get a new one.  There are some incredibly talented remote dealers right here on this forum.  Better value, and almost certainly better programmers.

Worst experience ever

I have. DS2 that won’t show up after a power outage.  This has happened multiple times.  The dealer says it’s because I don’t have a static IP.  I find it hard to believe that there is no work around this.  Any ideas?
