  1. I have DMX lights controlled via the ArtNet driver.  My lights show up in the C4 App, it shows four separate lights (RGB & Master).  I thought I saw in the release notes for a recent C4 update where there is a new interface for showing RGB lights in a cleaner way.  Does anybody know how or if I could roll up four separate lights (RGB & Master) into a single light in the C4 app?

    Thanks for your thoughts!

    Yes - I also realized that is what is happening - the time on the Concord 4 is off from the time on Control4.

    Seems that the beeping is Control4 attempting to reset the time on the Concord 4 panel - but it is not happening successfully.

    When I look at the Concord 4 keypad it seems like it is getting stopped short and asking for USER CODE, then just times out and tries again with all of the beeping later.

    This is driving the entire family mad.

    Any ideas beyond what I've already tried:  rebooted Control4, rebooted Concord 4, manually set time on Concord 4 to match Control4

    HELP!!!!

    Can you manually set the clock on the concord? I had the beeping on the panel a few months ago, but it stopped when I upgraded to the v114 driver. Sounds like you have the newest driver already.

  3. I enabled logging and confirmed the same messages you are seeing when the beep occurs:

    HandleMessage(): FromSerialCommand[SirenSynchronize],    FromSerialData[]
    Resync flag set. Do a resync now...
    TimeDate:SetTimeDate 2020.06.04  17:15:19

    OnTimeDateTimer  Not in programming mode yet
    TimeDate Retries Exceeded
    Received ACK
    HandleMessage(): FromSerialCommand[SirenSetup],    FromSerialData[?]

  4. I am getting the same behavior (tone every 3 mins).  I use Control4 95% of the time to arm/disarm my alarm system, so it isn't a great option for me to disconnect Control4.  We called Interlogix tech support who said a lot of people with Control4 have called reporting the same issue.  I haven't made any changes to the alarm system or Control4 in the past several weeks.  I am running Control4 v3.1.2, SuperBus 2000 RS-232 driver v111, Concord4 Security Panel.

    @dzagha A couple days after which upgrade?

  5. I'm sorry for resurrecting an old thread.  My question is related to a Concord 4 panel with the new Super Bus driver as the old driver does not work with Control4 v3.  I installed the new driver and had it working to do basic tasks with the security system.  It seems like the option from the old driver of entering numbers to the security panel is missing (and somebody mentioned the same on this thread).  I use Control4 to bypass particular zones on my alarm system.  With the old driver, I could send # + <CODE> + Zone.  Is there any way to accomplish this on the new driver?  Thanks in advance.
