  1. Yes I rebooted tv and Sonos at its<location, not the C4 controller.  I did reboot the Halo remote as well.   I checked to be sure my Sonos were showing up as wired on my network not wireless, and they did.   A mystery so far….  Has been stable a few days. 

  2. I run sonos arc and speakers as my tv audio.  Yesterday all sets experienced loss of volume control  from my Halo remotes.   Audio was stuck on whatever level… Had to reboot all…. Then still some intermittent loss…. Now works.   Was there an update?  New driver? Anyone know? Thanks. 

  3. is there a way to copy email notifications?   i am creating alerts when windows open/close in different rooms...  there are many... and i have to create a new email each time...  is there anyway to copy/paste so i can jus change a word or two?    thanks 

  4. I have HD PowerView gen 3. It’s great.  I run from the HD app using schedules.   Now  I need to install window sensors so the shades don’t close when windows are open.  Creates problems. I don’t think there is a way to do this on HD app, so I must program in C4 which defeats purpose of their handy app.  Any ideas????

  5. Anyone using Axxess wireless contact sensors. I have windows I want to monitor and the C4 sensors are big and noticeable.  … these Axxess look better and indicates  they have a driver. Anyone use?  Or know of other C4 smaller window/door type sensor?  

  6. Intermittent loss of direct tv control while other input devices like roku are fine.  IP based. Worked at set up. Multiple sets. 6 receivers. Genie box plus 3 mini genies plus two dvr boxes.  Can’t figure out.  Works fine some sets. Then no control others.  At various times.  No pattern.  Sometimes i lose control of the set off also….    Network stable.  Coax for tv and cat 6 for network. Address static.  Direct tv IR remote works.  Direct tv tech here, added some signal strength but unfamiliar with C4.  Expert Integrator checked and re checked.  We are mystified.  Each time I turn on set it’s a tossup. Ideas appreciated.
