Hi,

System running 3.2.3.606460 so there's a slight mismatch in version with HE (but no other 3.2.3.x version of HE available to download from C4.

I'm struggling to access Composer HE and am getting the message:

Could not authenticate connection to the Director at 192.168.1.xxx. Common causes are incorrect time/date settings on the controller or the computer running the controller.

I've had this issue periodically before and its resolved itself but this time, I'm stuck and a reboot and reinstall of HE hasn't worked (I'm running HE 2.3.2.606456-Res).

Any ideas, please?
