Earls court Control 4

Thanks to everyone posting replies resolved by upgrading software to 3.3.3 version 

Hi Gary thanks for your reply. The NAV does that mean the Control 4 system? I have an web portal online login would I set it to refresh through Control 4  portal? Any further insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Stephen 

It's a T3  base station a 7 " screen operating system 3.3.2 see attached photo so says" kitchen intercom in use' when it's not can't call kitchen as says in use. 

So one of our control 4  base stations we are unable to call with intercom anywhere as says its busy (or in use with small camera icon in white indicating it's being used when it's not). Rebooted base station did not resolve, so rebooted entire Control system resved initially but after from gate rang and answered door remained in white small camera icon indicating station was busy when its not.
