  1. Yes, correct. It was the IP address that changed. Once they sorted that out, it worked again. Thanks.
  2. Hi everyone, New to this forum but searched and couldn't find this answer. Hopefully somebody can help. Dish tech came out today to fix a Dish specific issue x 2, which he was successful. When he fixed his Dish problems, he also updated the software for all Hoppers and Joeys. He also had to bring the internet signal in via coax because for some reason the ethernet cable directly to the Hopper3 didn't allow the Joey's to get the same internet access. However, during the process, I lost the ability to control my Hopper 3 and all Joey 4k (six of them) with Control4 app on my phone, Control4 remote, and tablets on wall. I can control the Dish channel if I take the Dish specific remote and stand close enough to the Joey or Hopper. When I go into Dish software, it still says under the "remote" section that it is paired with Control4 and gives a MAC address, yet I can't use any Control4 device to change a channel. Everything else on my Control4 system works like a charm (volume of speakers, gate, music, shades, etc). Questions: 1. Is there anything a reasonably tech savvy homeowner like myself can do to fix it? I've got company coming over to watch some sports games and I can't run up to the attic every time I want to change the channel or skip a commercial (using the Hopper on recorded delay). 2. If the answer above is no, what does my Control4 tech need to do and can it be done remotely? I'm not sure I can get any help though on the weekend. New to the community. Thanks in advance, Sailguy
