There has been no changes to the router or any other networking, this just suddenly started to happen. The Audio matrix is connected to a Cisco switch which seems to be working fine for everything else, i haven't noticed any other issues with the rest of the system. If i look at the network port on the back of the audio matrix the green light is on as well as the orange light which is flashing. I have tried a different cable between the audio matrix and the Cisco switch but it didn't make any difference. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi Everyone, I have a C4 Audio Matrix switch which has been working fine without any issues until recently. There is an orange triangular light which has appeared on the front of the matrix and when i select a room to switch the audio on it only turns on one zone regardless of the zone which has been selected. I also have no control over the volume. It was recommended to me to cycle the power and hold the ID button on the back of the switch which i have tried but it doesn't seem to have done anything. Any suggestions are welcome.
