I do not have the fan on a smart switch .. it's on a regular switch

Hello, I mistakenly pressed a small switch on to of my dimmer and now my dimmer will not work. I have tried the 15 rule but still cannot gethe light to come on .. I use the dimmer for the lights on the ceiling fan. The fan is working fine but the lights wouldn't come on.
