I have a similar issue. When watching Netflix or Amazon sometimes when I fast forward or go back Apple TV goes to Apple Music and plays music

I recently had control 4 installed by my dealer. When watching Netflix or Amazon sometimes when I am fast forward or going back, when I hit play it goes right to Apple Music and starts playing music. Any ideas how to fix
