I am end user and used C4 system with OS2 operating version and mobile device connected with the local network

I have entered email I'd , password and enable the device after login of my control 4 system but again showing error. Please help me on priority basis

Yes I have license from 2014 but few days before my mobile damaged and I have purchased new mobile and installed control4 software but it's showing error 403.8
