Sorry for re-opening this conversation but I've looked everywhere for anyone who's tried to use the Schlage Connect Zigbee lock. I've tested multiple locks with the C4 certified zigbee driver (downloaded) and cannot get any of them to Identify. The driver has the exact model (BE468GB) and version support details. It says it requires lock firmware v0.21.06 but all of my locks come with only v0.19.01. They communicate with the zigbee mesh but will 'not' ID. I would certainly guess it's because of the older firmware but NO ONE on the planet with Schlage or C4 apparently knows if there's a newer door lock with the newer version or upgrade option. This is not this hard but why is there a driver with 'supported' firmware but NO ONE knows where or how to get it. First time I've seen this with C4 but it's bound to happen. Anyone have any input?
