I’m a very frustrated Control4 user and even more frustrated with the company who installed and recommended this system to my family. With that being said we had a power outage a few months ago and the audio matrix has been offline. My dealer had me reset it the unit and try a variety things and at the end of the day nothing worked. So I left it unplugged and about 2 weeks later I plugged it back in and everything was working. Last night out of nowhere it happened again. I know when It is offline because the amplifier is all lit up and there is a screaming buzzing coming from my speakers throughout the house. House full of kids and everyone home with the quarantine happening I’m at a loss because we have no TV or music. Any help is appreciated Regards, Matthew
