I have a 70" Bravia and as far as C4 I find the IP response is sluggish very often
My experience with Sony IP Control has been since the move to Android operating system and has been flawless with a hardwired connection. Have seen some hiccups trying IP control over Wi-Fi.

Sony is your best bet with C4 and IP Control. Samsung has came a long way but still see a few quirks with Samsung IP control.

No I ended up not going any further with it.

Unfortunately this is going to be an onsite visit with my experience with this issue. And a phone call to Snap they have a work around to get the management off the NK1 because after the update it became a real fancy looking OVRC HUB. Then you can log into each AP and update them one by one.

is it tv speakers or an AV receiver. I have saw instances where the volume control has been lost when Onkyo and Yamaha receivers are wanting a firmware update that is available.

No Sony IP Driver will work correctly with a Vizio Smartcast TV. Only IP driver i have seen is from Annex.

Anyway to make a custom Mini Driver for the Hargray Cable App?
How would you integrate this?

What exactly are you trying to do have 3 seperate screens with the same source or seperate source. Then I would say MOIP or (Binary HDMI matrix if its going to be just local to that room) and a Controller for the middle tv if that is the only one you want the OSD for.
