I’m not a dealer, I’m just getting into C4 DIY and want to try using Virtual Director in Composer Pro 2.10.6. That’s when I get the error. I noticed that it’s an error in the director, not the broker.

What is KB 1398 and KB 1225 and where do I find them? also, how do I use PuTTY to change the director time & date?

These commands work beautifully with my TCL S4 model. Just sent them via terminal:

I am trying to understand how to set up my HC-250 once I have it and I'm going with a pretty basic setup. Bedroom Xbox One, Roku TV, Maybe Apple TV, two touchscreens, and an SR-250 Remote, However I'm not sure how the IR side of things will work. I've looked up the drivers and found two or three Xbox one drivers, however they're all IR. I'm wondering how I need to make the connections for this to work and if I need IR emitters and stuff.

Assuming your Sonos devices themselves are updated to the latest Sonos OS?

The only Sonos device we have this the old Connect so we can get these streaming services on our old speakers. The Connect outputs to I think our amp's input which then goes throughout the house and to our indoor and outdoor speakers, for example speaker wire from the amp to a Defintive AW6500, things like that. It's just one device, and it is definitely on the best software we can get, in fact I just updated it a few weeks ago.

Hello Control4 Comrades!

Recently, I added Amazon music as a service to Sonos and deleted Spotify. My Sonos system is only used for Control4 and nothing else, so I assumed it would be seamless, considering this is a somewhat old but effective multi-thousand dollar system. Now, when I open Sonos on one of my touchscreen wall-mounted pads, all I have listed under music services is Tune-in, something I didn't even have in the first place. Can anyone help me?

P.S My operating system is 2.8.2, and if I start playing something from one of the services listed above in the sonos app and then open Sonos endpoint on my touchscreen wall-mounted pad, it works fine.

Dear C4 Comrades,

I would like to install a copy of Composer HE. I looked everywhere for one, but couldn't find it. Considering this is the home edition, you think it would be easier to access, sadly that is not the case. Can anyone give me a download? I would preferably not pay for it, but depending on how low the price is I might be able to cough up a few bucks.
