Thank you for the responses. I have only strictly followed the network refresh/reboot instructions on the HC800 (unplug, 30 sec, hold down green, plug in, wait for 3 items to light, then release). I have not pushed in the little restore/reset button with a paperclip or anything for fear of deleting everything. I do not know about system manager, but tech support from dealer could only say that the last check-in from controller had been on the day of power loss.

I inherited a C4 system with purchase of new house a few years back. Went through original dealer to get system in my name and pretty well up and running (had a lot of issues with Google Wifi playing nice, but got that more or less straightened out). Fast forward a few years, I changed ISP from ATT to Xfinity, purchased new modem, but kept same wifi routers (2 TP-Link OnHubs). After switch, everything worked as before. Several months after new ISP, lost power in storm, now won't reconnect (everything was hooked up to Panamax strip). When I launch app, I get system not found, not connected to same network. Check on Fing, and can see all C4, including hc800, with same static IP addresses as original, on same network (can also see in Google wifi app). Have done numerous network resets on hc800 with holding green button in back, as well as power cycling modem, router, all C4 equipment: same result. Dealer, who I have some serious communication issues with, said I needed new EA3 for about $1500 installed. Called around to other dealers, and one recommended against EA3, and said to just get a used hc800. As far as other C4 equipment, there is the hc800, io extender, and 16 channel matrix amp. Used for music throughout house, and music/tv/blueray in family room. Ultimately, if anyone has any other suggestions with existing hc800, I would appreciate it. At this point I do not know if it is a hardware or network issue. The fact I can see the C4 gear, online and seemingly active makes me think it might be hardware. Otherwise, any issues with used hc800 generally? I have hc800 BL, looking at a hc800 BL-1 on ebay. Any issue with doing the BL-1? Have scoured forums for info, and dealer takes days to get back to me, so I am desperate for any suggestions. Also thinking of upgrading wifi to 2 routers hooked together (Cat5e is run through house) in case anyone thinks that would impact.
